Reasoned definition

Reasoned when used in conjunction with “decision” or “recommendation”, means incorporating a written statement of the reasons for the recommendation or decision.
Reasoned means that all conclusions are traceable to documented findings and any recommendations linked to one or more conclusions.
Reasoned means the person must be able to explain the objection to other members of the group. Unless they can understand the objection they cannot resolve it.
