Reasonably Anticipated Projected Production means the projected production from total Proved Developed Producing Reserves attributable to Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, determined by reference to either (a) the Reserve Report most recently delivered pursuant to Section 8.12, or (b) a Reserve Report with a recent “as of date” delivered to the Administrative Agent for the purpose of Section 9.18 (together with the certificate referred to in Section 8.12(c)), which shall be prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower who shall certify such Reserve Report to be true and accurate in all material respects and, except as therein disclosed, to have been prepared in accordance with the procedures used in the immediately preceding Reserve Report prepared by an Approved Engineer.

Reasonably Anticipated Projected Production means the projected production from total Proved Developed Producing Reserves attributable to Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, determined by reference to the Reserve Report most recently delivered pursuant to Section 5.21.

Reasonably Anticipated Projected Production means the projected production from total Proved Developed Producing Reserves attributable to Oil and Gas Properties of the Company and its Subsidiaries, determined by reference to either (a) the Reserve Report most recently delivered pursuant to Section 4.13, or (b) solely for purposes of Section 4.43, a Reserve Report with a recent “as of date” delivered to the Trustee (and, if requested, to any Holder requesting such report) for the purpose of Section 4.43 (together with the certificate referred to in Section 4.13(b)), which shall be prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Company who shall certify such Reserve Report to be true and accurate in all material respects and, except as therein disclosed, to have been prepared in accordance with the procedures used in the immediately preceding Reserve Report prepared by an Approved Petroleum Engineer.

  • Proved Developed Producing Reserves means Proved Reserves that are categorized as “Developed Producing Reserves” in the PRMS, “Proved Developed Nonproducing Reserves” means Proved Reserves that are categorized as “Developed Nonproducing Reserves” in the PRMS, and “Proved Undeveloped Reserves” means Proved Reserves that are categorized as “Undeveloped Reserves” in the PRMS.

  • Qualified Project Costs means costs paid with respect to the Project that meet each of the following requirements: (i) the costs are properly chargeable to capital account (or would be a so chargeable with a proper election by the Borrower or but for a proper election by the Borrower to deduct such costs) in accordance with general Federal income tax principles and in accordance with United States Treasury Regulations §1.103-8(a)(1), provided, however, that only such portion of the interest accrued during construction of the Project shall be eligible to be a Qualified Project Cost as bears the same ratio to all such interest as the Qualified Project Costs bear to all costs of the construction of the Project; and provided further that interest accruing after the date of completion of the Project shall not be a Qualified Project Cost; and provided still further that if any portion of the Project is being constructed by an Affiliate (whether as general contractor or a subcontractor), Qualified Project Costs shall include only (A) the actual out-of- pocket costs incurred by such affiliate in constructing the Project (or any portion thereof), (B) any reasonable fees for supervisory services actually rendered by such affiliate, and (C) any overhead expenses incurred by such affiliate which are directly attributable to the work performed on the Project, and shall not include, for example, intercompany profits resulting from members of an affiliated group (within the meaning of Section 1504 of the Code) participating in the construction of the Project or payments received by such affiliate due to early completion of the Project (or any portion there); (ii) the costs are paid with respect to a qualified residential rental project or projects within the meaning of Section 142(d) of the Code, (iii) the costs are paid after the earlier of 60 days prior to the date of a declaration of “official intent” to reimburse costs paid with respect to the Project (within the meaning of §1.150-2 of the United States Treasury Regulations) or the date of issue of the Bonds, and (iv) if the costs of the construction of the Project were previously paid and are to be reimbursed with proceeds of the Bonds such costs were (A) costs of issuance of the Bonds, (B) preliminary capital expenditures (within the meaning of United States Treasury Regulations §1.150-2 (F) (2)) with respect to the Project (such architectural, engineering and soil testing services) incurred before commencement of construction of the Project that do not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the issue price of the Bonds (as defined in United States Treasury Regulations §1.148-1), or (C) were capital expenditures with respect to the Project that are reimbursed no later than eighteen (18) months after the later of the date the expenditure was paid or the date the Project is placed in service (but no later than three (3) years after the expenditures is paid).

  • Estimated Project Cost means Benchmark cost of MNRE which is Rs 8.00 Crore/MWp as per MNRE letter no. 03/20/2014-15/GCRT/11.12.14 at the time of Bid Due date.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Cost outlier means cases which have an extraordinarily high cost as established in 79.1(5)“f,” so as to be eligible for additional payments above and beyond the initial DRG payment.

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

  • Qualified project means the construction or expansion of any capital project of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, the aggregate actual or budgeted capital cost of which (in each case, including capital costs expended by the Borrower or any such Restricted Subsidiaries prior to the construction or expansion of such project) exceeds $50,000,000.

  • Reasonable and Prudent Operator means a person seeking in good faith to perform its contractual obligations and, in the process of doing so and in the overall conduct of its whole undertaking exercising that degree of diligence, skill, prudence and foresight which can reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced operator engaged in the same type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances complying with all applicable Laws, and any reference to the standard of a Reasonable and Prudent Operator means such degree of diligence, skill, prudence and foresight as aforesaid.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Postproduction means an activity related to the finishing or duplication of a medium described in Subsection 59-12-104(54)(a).

  • Development Budget means the cost categories listed on Pages 8 - 11 in Form 3 that are directly related to the proposed Project as submitted in the Application. Indirect or off-site costs not directly related to the development of the project are not valid or eligible costs.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Independent expenditure means an expenditure by a person:

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Proved Developed Reserves means oil and gas reserves that, in accordance with Petroleum Industry Standards, are classified as both “Proved Reserves” and one of the following: (a) “Developed Producing Reserves” or (b) “Developed Non-Producing Reserves.”
