Reasonable overtime definition

Reasonable overtime means additional hours worked above ordinary hours. Employees are not required to work unreasonable hours. An employee may refuse to work overtime where to do so would amount to working unreasonable hours. What is reasonable or unreasonable is decided by a proper consideration of:
