Reasonable Business Efforts definition

Reasonable Business Efforts means those efforts a reasonably prudent business person would expend under the same or similar circumstances in the exercise of such Person's business judgment, intending in good faith to take steps calculated to satisfy the obligation which such Person has undertaken to satisfy.
