Rearer definition

Rearer means a person engaged in rearing silkworms for the production of silkworm cocoons, whether for reproduction or reeling;
Rearer means a person engaged by the breeder for the purpose of rearing of the greyhound pups including education until such time as they are to be named.
Rearer means a person who takes possession and thereby assumes responsibility for a greyhound pup for the purpose of rearing and education, from the time the pup has been vaccinated, microchipped and earbranded until such time as the greyhound is transferred to a trainer’s racing kennel.

The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • Building Envelope means the integrated elements of a building which separate its interior from the outdoor environment;

  • Walkway means a paved or unpaved trail or pathway or a structure constructed of wood or other material that is neces- sary due to the difficulty of the terrain for access to the river.

  • Registered dietitian means a person who shall be both:

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Temporary job site means any location where industrial radiography, wireline service, well- logging, portable gauge or x-ray fluorescence use is performed and where licensed material may be stored other than those locations of use authorized on the license.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;
