Realty definition

Realty shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.
Realty means all real property and interests in real property now or hereafter acquired or leased by any Credit Party.

More Definitions of Realty

Realty means all real property and interests therein, together with all improvements thereon.
