Reallocation Period definition

Reallocation Period means any period (a) commencing upon the date on which the Revolving Credit Loans and Swingline Loans are reallocated in accordance with Section 4.6(b)(i)(A)(1) and (b) ending on the date on which (i) the Default or Event of Default which gave rise to the reallocation noted in clause (a) above has been cured or waived and (ii) the Revolving Credit Loans and Swingline Loans have been reallocated in accordance with Section 4.6(b)(i)(B).
Reallocation Period means a period, not to exceed 180 days, during which a portion of the unused Total Acquisition Revolving Commitments have been reallocated to the Total Working Capital Revolving Commitments pursuant to a Reallocation Request. There may be no more than three (3) Reallocation Periods per fiscal year.
Reallocation Period means the period beginning [commencement date of offer to exchange] and ending [expiration date of offer to exchange].

  • Reduction Date has the meaning set forth in Section 20.1B.

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Pre-Distribution Period means any Tax Year or other taxable period that ends on or before the Distribution Date and, in the case of any Straddle Period, that part of the Tax Year or other taxable period through the end of the day on the Distribution Date.

  • Aggregate Remaining Net Positive Adjustments means, as of the end of any taxable period, the sum of the Remaining Net Positive Adjustments of all the Partners.

  • Termination Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date and (c) the Collateral Invested Amount as of such date.
