Realized Interest Loss definition

Realized Interest Loss means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan), (i) in the case of a Liquidation Realized Loss, the portion of any Liquidation Realized Loss that exceeds the Realized Principal Loss on the related Mortgage Loan, (ii) in the case of a Bankruptcy Loss, the portion of such Realized Loss attributable to accrued interest on the related Mortgage Loan, (iii) in the case of an Expense Loss, an Expense Loss resulting in any period from the payment of the Special Servicing Fee and any Expense Losses treated as Realized Interest Losses pursuant to clause (iv) of the definition of “Realized Principal Loss” or (iv) in the case of a Modification Loss, a Modification Loss set forth in clause (iii) of the definition thereof.

More Definitions of Realized Interest Loss

Realized Interest Loss. A shortfall in interest resulting from the receipt of Liquidation Proceeds in respect of a Contract or Mortgage Loan in an amount that is insufficient to pay accrued and unpaid interest thereon.
Realized Interest Loss means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan (i) in the case of a Liquidation Realized Loss, the portion of any Liquidation Realized Loss that exceeds the Realized Principal Loss on the related Mortgage Loan, (ii) in the case of a Bankruptcy Loss, the portion of such Realized Loss attributable to accrued interest on the related Mortgage Loan, (iii) in the case of an Expense Loss, an Expense Loss resulting in any period from the payment of the Special Servicing Fee and any Expense Losses set forth in the last sentence of the definition of "Realized Principal Loss" or (iv) in the case of a Modification Loss, a Modification Loss described in clause (iii) of the definition thereof.

Realized Interest Loss. (i) In the case of a Liquidation Realized Loss, the portion of any Liquidation Realized Loss that exceeds the Realized Principal Loss on the related Mortgage Loan, (ii) in the case of a Bankruptcy Loss, the portion of such Realized Loss attributable to accrued interest on the related Mortgage Loan and (iii) a Modification Loss described in clause (ii) or (iii) of the definition thereof; provided, that a Modification Loss described in clause (ii) of the definition of "Modification Loss" shall be deemed to occur on each Distribution Date in the amount attributable thereto.
Realized Interest Loss means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, or the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan or the DCT Industrial Portfolio C Note, (i) in the case of a Liquidation Realized Loss, the portion of any Liquidation Realized Loss that exceeds the Realized Principal Loss on the related Mortgage Loan, or the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan or the DCT Industrial Portfolio C Note, (ii) in the case of a Bankruptcy Loss, the portion of such Realized Loss attributable to accrued interest on the related Mortgage Loan, or the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan or the DCT Industrial Portfolio C Note, (iii) in the case of an Expense Loss, an Expense Loss resulting in any period from the payment of the Special Servicing Fee and any Expense Losses treated as Realized Interest Losses pursuant to clause (iv) of the definition of "Realized Principal Loss" or (iv) in the case of a Modification Loss, a Modification Loss described in clause (iii) of the definition thereof. For purposes of this definition, the term "Mortgage Loan" excludes the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan and amounts with respect to the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan and the DCT Industrial Portfolio C Note shall be calculated separately.

  • REMIC 2 Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and related REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the Uncertificated REMIC 2 Pass-Through Rate for REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Class B Unpaid Interest Shortfall Any of the Class B-1 Unpaid Interest Shortfall, Class B-2 Unpaid Interest Shortfall, Class B-3 Unpaid Interest Shortfall, Class B-4 Unpaid Interest Shortfall, Class B-5 Unpaid Interest Shortfall or Class B-6 Unpaid Interest Shortfall.

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

  • Net Interest Shortfalls means Interest Shortfalls net of payments by the Company, the Servicer or the Master Servicer in respect of Compensating Interest.

  • Class Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date and each interest-bearing Class, the amount by which the aggregate Class Interest Shortfalls for such Class on prior Distribution Dates exceeds the amount of interest actually distributed on such Class on such prior Distribution Dates pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of "Interest Distribution Amount."

  • Class B Interest Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).

  • Class B-1 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates.

  • Excess Interest Amount means, on any date, the amount by which (i) the amount of all interest which would have accrued prior to such date on the principal of this Note, had the applicable Contract Rate at all times been in effect without limitation by the Maximum Rate, exceeds (ii) the aggregate amount of interest accrued on this Note on or prior to such date as limited by the Maximum Rate.

  • Assumed Interest Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and Class of Subordinated Certificates, one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class on the applicable Assumed Balance immediately prior to that Distribution Date.

  • Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

  • Class B-6 Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of the Class B-6 Interest Shortfall Amounts for prior Distribution Dates is in excess of the amounts distributed in respect of the Class B-6 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph twenty-first of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess of (1) the Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount over (2) the sum of (x) all distributions in reduction of the Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates and (y) all increases in the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class C Certificates pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance."
