Real Estate Terms and Conditions definition

Real Estate Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions set forth on Exhibit 1(a) applicable to the Short-Term Transitional Occupancy Agreements referenced in such exhibit.
Real Estate Terms and Conditions means the Real Estate Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit Y, the provisions of which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

  • Section 4.9(a)(iv) of the Sellers Disclosure Schedule lists, as of the date hereof, those Leases in respect of which a short-term license is to be entered into on Closing on the terms set forth in the Real Estate Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Short-Term Licensed Property” and together with the Owned Real Property, the Leased Real Property and the 6 Month Locations, the “Real Property”).

  • Section 4.9(a)(iii) of the Sellers Disclosure Schedule lists, as of the date hereof, those Leases in respect of which an Occupancy Agreement is to be entered into on Closing on the terms set forth in the Real Estate Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “6 Month Locations”).

  • Real estate sign means a temporary non-illuminated sign installed, erected or displayed on a property for the notification that a building, premises or portion thereof is offered for sale, rent or lease;

  • Mortgage Conditions means, all the terms and conditions applicable to a Loan, including without limitation those set out in the Seller’s relevant mortgage conditions booklet and the Seller’s relevant general conditions, each as varied from time to time by the relevant Loan agreement between the lender under the Loan and the Borrower, as the same may be amended from time to time, and the relevant Mortgage Deed;

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Software Order Form.

  • Property Management Agreements means, collectively, all agreements entered into by the Borrower or any other Loan Party pursuant to which the Borrower or such other Loan Party engages a Person to advise it with respect to the management of a given Property and/or to manage a given Property.

  • Property Management Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated Property Management Agreement dated as of June 5, 2015, as amended to date, by and between RMR and the Borrower, on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits, except retirement contributions or benefits other than School District employer payment of, or contributions to, premiums for group insurance coverage for retired employees or severance pay, and the School District’s personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employee. “Terms and conditions of employment” is subject to the provisions of PELRA.

  • Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.

  • Existing Management Agreement means that certain management agreement between the Seller and the Existing Manager for the operation and management of the Hotel.

  • Real Estate means all Leases and all land, together with the buildings, structures, parking areas, and other improvements thereon, now or hereafter owned by any Loan Party, including all easements, rights-of-way, and similar rights relating thereto and all leases, tenancies, and occupancies thereof.

  • RMB Non-Transferability means the occurrence of any event that makes it impossible for the Bank to deliver RMB between accounts inside the applicable RMB Settlement Centre(s) or from an account inside the applicable RMB Settlement Centre(s) to an account outside the applicable RMB Settlement Centre(s) (including where the RMB clearing and settlement system for participating banks in the applicable RMB Settlement Centre(s) is disrupted or suspended), other than where such impossibility is due solely to the failure of the Bank to comply with any law, rule or regulation enacted by any Governmental Authority (unless such law, rule or regulation is enacted after the Issue Date of the first Tranche of the relevant Series and it is impossible for the Bank, due to an event beyond its control, to comply with such law, rule or regulation);

  • Non-transferability means the occurrence of any event that makes it impossible for the Issuer to deliver Renminbi between accounts inside Hong Kong or from an account inside Hong Kong to an account outside Hong Kong, other than where such impossibility is due solely to the failure of the Issuer to comply with any law, rule or regulation enacted by any Governmental Authority (unless such law, rule or regulation is enacted after the Issue Date and it is impossible for the Issuer, due to an event beyond its control, to comply with such law, rule or regulation).
