Real Estate Tax Refund definition

Real Estate Tax Refund means any refund resulting from any real estate tax appeal, real estate tax reduction application, real estate tax reduction proceeding or real estate tax contest filed prior to the Closing Date with respect to the real estate taxes or the proposed real estate taxes in connection with the Property or any portion thereof, regardless of whether such refund is received prior to or after Closing.
