Real Estate Subsidiary definition

Real Estate Subsidiary means any Restricted Subsidiary of Holdings (i) that does not engage in any business other than owning or leasing real property or (ii) owning directly or indirectly the Equity Interests of its Restricted Subsidiaries described in clause (i) or a holding company of any such Subsidiary. As of the Escrow Release Date, the Persons listed on Schedule 1.03 constitute all of the Real Estate Subsidiaries.
Real Estate Subsidiary means any Restricted Subsidiary of the Company that (i) does not engage in any business other than owning or leasing real property or (ii) owning directly or indirectly the Equity Interests of its Restricted Subsidiaries described in clause (i) or a holding company of any such Subsidiary.
Real Estate Subsidiary means any special purpose Subsidiary formed in connection with and to facilitate a sale-leaseback transaction or a CMO Transaction and designated as such by the Borrower in a notice to the Administrative Agent and that engages in no operations or activities other than those related to or contemplated by such transaction or as are incidental thereto.
