Real Estate Sublimit definition

Real Estate Sublimit shall be $1,000,000. However, if Borrower meets the Real Estate Sublimit Conditions, then the Real Estate Sublimit shall increase to the lesser of (a) $2,400,000.00 or (b) 75% of the appraised value of the Blaixx Xxxperty.
Real Estate Sublimit means, as of any date of determination, $30,000,000 MINUS the Real Estate Sublimit Reduction.
Real Estate Sublimit means (i) from July 1, 2001 through and including September 30, 2001, $1,750,000.00, and (ii) October 1, 2001 and thereafter, $1,000,000.00.

More Definitions of Real Estate Sublimit

Real Estate Sublimit has the meaning set forth in Section 4.
Real Estate Sublimit means the amount set forth in Section 1(d) of Schedule A.
Real Estate Sublimit means an amount equal to (i) from the Closing Date until December 31, 2001, $6,500,000 and (ii) on December 31, 2001, and thereafter, $5,000,000; provided that on the last day of each calendar month (commencing January 31, 2001), the Real Estate Sublimit will decrease by $188,000 from the amount previously in effect. REQUIRED INSURANCE shall have the meaning provided for in Section 7.5(c) of this Financing Agreement. REQUIRED LENDERS shall mean (a) at all times while there are two (2) or fewer Lenders hereunder, all of the Lenders, and (b) at all times while there are three (3) or more Lenders hereunder, those Lenders holding more than fifty percent (50%) of the sum of (i) the total commitments under the Revolving Line of Credit (or fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding principal balance of all loans and Letters of Credit, in the event that the commitments of the Lenders hereunder have terminated).
Real Estate Sublimit means an amount equal to eighty percent (80%) of the appraised value of the Land and Improvements (excluding Equipment) according to the appraisal required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under Section 2.2(a)(ii) of this Exhibit H.

  • L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.

  • Letter of Credit Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitments and (b) $25,000,000. The Letter of Credit Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Revolving Commitments.

  • Swingline Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $15,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Facility. The Swingline Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility.

  • Swing Line Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $25,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Sublimit means the aggregate amount of Warehousing Advances (expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the Warehousing Commitment Amount) that is permitted to be outstanding at any one time against a specific type of Eligible Loan.

  • LC Sublimit means $500,000,000.

  • Issuing Bank Sublimit means, as of the Effective Date, (i) $2,500,000, in the case of Chase and (ii) in the case of any other Issuing Bank, such amount as shall be designated to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in writing by such Issuing Bank; provided that any Issuing Bank shall be permitted at any time to increase or reduce its Issuing Bank Sublimit upon providing five (5) days’ prior written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

  • Inventory Sublimit means the amount(s) set forth in Section 1(d) of Schedule A.

  • Letter of Credit Outstandings means, at any time, the sum of, without duplication, (i) the aggregate Stated Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit and (ii) the aggregate amount of all Unpaid Drawings in respect of all Letters of Credit.

  • Alternative Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of the Aggregate Commitments and $50,000,000. The Alternative Currency Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Total Revolving Credit Outstandings means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Credit Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations.

  • Revolving Credit Outstandings means the sum of (a) with respect to Revolving Credit Loans and Swingline Loans on any date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount thereof after giving effect to any borrowings and prepayments or repayments of Revolving Credit Loans and Swingline Loans, as the case may be, occurring on such date; plus (b) with respect to any L/C Obligations on any date, the aggregate outstanding amount thereof on such date after giving effect to any Extensions of Credit occurring on such date and any other changes in the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations as of such date, including as a result of any reimbursements of outstanding unpaid drawings under any Letters of Credit or any reductions in the maximum amount available for drawing under Letters of Credit taking effect on such date.

  • Aggregate Credit Exposures means, at any time, in respect of (a) the Term Facility, the aggregate amount of the Term Loans outstanding at such time and (b) in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility, the sum of (i) the unused portion of the Revolving Credit Facility at such time and (ii) the Total Revolving Credit Outstandings at such time.

  • Letters of Credit Outstanding means, at any time, the sum of, without duplication, (a) the aggregate Stated Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit and (b) the aggregate principal amount of all Unpaid Drawings in respect of all Letters of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Usage means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit.

  • Swing Line Outstandings means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all Swing Line Loans then outstanding.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(b).

  • Total Revolving Outstandings means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Loans, all Swing Line Loans and all L/C Obligations.

  • Foreign Currency Sublimit means $25,000,000.

  • Aggregate Credit Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate Credit Exposure of all the Lenders at such time.

  • Revolving Outstandings means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans, plus (b) the Stated Amount of all Letters of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Collateralization means either (a) providing cash collateral (pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to Agent, including provisions that specify that the Letter of Credit Fees and all commissions, fees, charges and expenses provided for in Section 2.11(k) of the Agreement (including any fronting fees) will continue to accrue while the Letters of Credit are outstanding) to be held by Agent for the benefit of the Revolving Lenders in an amount equal to 105% of the then existing Letter of Credit Usage, (b) delivering to Agent documentation executed by all beneficiaries under the Letters of Credit, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank, terminating all of such beneficiaries’ rights under the Letters of Credit, or (c) providing Agent with a standby letter of credit, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, from a commercial bank acceptable to Agent (in its sole discretion) in an amount equal to 105% of the then existing Letter of Credit Usage (it being understood that the Letter of Credit Fee and all fronting fees set forth in the Agreement will continue to accrue while the Letters of Credit are outstanding and that any such fees that accrue must be an amount that can be drawn under any such standby letter of credit).

  • Swing Line Commitment the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

  • Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which (x) the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment at such time exceeds (y) the Dollar Amount of the Revolving Credit Obligations outstanding at such time.

  • Unused Letter of Credit Subfacility means an amount equal to the Letter of Credit Subfacility minus the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit plus, without duplication, (b) the aggregate Unpaid Drawings obligations with respect to a Letters of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn maximum face amount of each Letter of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate unpaid amount of all Reimbursement Obligations at such time.
