Real Estate Interests definition

Real Estate Interests means, with respect to a Grantor, all Real Property Owned and all Real Property Leaseholds, whether now owned or held, or hereafter acquired.
Real Estate Interests means the Owned Real Property and the Leased Real Property.
Real Estate Interests means, collectively, equity or debt interests in real estate or in securities or other interests related to real estate, including land or improvements thereon or participating as a partner, member, shareholder, owner or other investor in general or limited partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, corporations, trusts or other entities the business of which is related to real estate.

More Definitions of Real Estate Interests

Real Estate Interests. – means any Direct or Indirect Interest (in whole or part), in (a) Commercial Real Estate or (b) any debt or equity securities of a Commercial Real Estate Entity held by (i) an employee; (ii) a member of the immediate family of an employee (including spouse, children under the age of 21 and any blood relative who lives in the same household as the employee); or (iii) any person or entity with whom an employee has a relationship that a reasonable person would view as sufficiently close such that it would be expected to be disclosed to the parties in a real estate transaction. Membership on the board of directors (or like body) of any Commercial Real Estate Entity is also a Real Estate Interest.
Real Estate Interests means interests in Canadian commercial or residential real estate, and includes joint venture interests, and the acquisition of securities in entities, including limited partnerships, that own Canadian commercial or residential real estate.
Real Estate Interests means all interests in real property held directly or indirectly by the Partnership at any time.

Real Estate Interests means an interest in and to the Apartments together with a corresponding interest in and to all personal property associated therewith that is from time to time acquired by the Company Subsidiary, which interests may be undivided tenant in common interests or otherwise.
