Reagent Rental Charge definition

Reagent Rental Charge means, where the sale of Products is made through an operating or capital lease or any other comparable sales arrangement, the charges for the following items, which constitute part of the final Consumable price charged to the customer, but which are attributable to the transfer price of the Instrument, Ancillary Products, and Services provided in connection with the Instrument, and accordingly which will be excluded from the gross Consumable price when calculating Net Sales of the Consumable: (a) cost of the Instrument and any related financing charges; (b) Service charges; (c) middleware and/or software upgrade charges (if any); (d) Ancillary Product charges (if any). Related to Reagent Rental Charge

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Additional Rent means all amounts, other than Basic Rent and any Security Deposit, required to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Excess Rent means the excess of (a) all consideration received by Tenant from a Transfer over (b) Rent payable under this Lease after deducting reasonable tenant improvements paid for by Tenant, reasonable attorneys’ fees and any other reasonable out-of-pocket costs paid by Tenant as a result of the Transfer (but specifically excluding any Rent paid to Landlord while the Premises is vacant).

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Additional Rent(s) means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or xxxxxx’x wages or otherwise.

  • Additional Charge means a charge in accordance with Canon’s Current Rate; Additional Services means any service in addition to the Services to be provided by Canon under clause 21; Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the place where the Products or Services are being supplied;

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. Base Rental for the first year of Term shall be $32.50 per square foot for the building and $7.50 per square foot for the drive thru at the Premises.   • Base Rent $ 25,024 per month ("Base Rent"), payable on the 1st day of each month commencing on the Commencement Date (Also see Paragraph 4.) [ ] If this box is checked, this Lease provides for the Base Rent to be adjusted per Addendum ___, attached hereto.

  • Minimum Rent means Fifty Million Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Six and 00/100ths Dollars ($50,033,976.00), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Additional Charges As defined in Section 3.3.

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Lease Rentals means, for any period, the aggregate amount of fixed rental or operating lease expense payable by the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to leases of real and personal property (excluding Capital Lease Obligations) determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Capital Charge means the deemed opportunity cost of employing Capital in the Company’s businesses, determined as follows: Capital Charge = Capital X Cost of Capital

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Operating Expenses is defined to include all expenses necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Fund (or Class, as applicable), including the Advisor’s investment advisory or management fee detailed in the Investment Advisory Agreement and any Rule 12b-1 fees and other expenses described in the Investment Advisory Agreement, but does not include taxes, leverage interest, brokerage commissions, dividend and interest expenses on short sales, acquired fund fees and expenses (as determined in accordance with SEC Form N-1A), expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization, or extraordinary expenses such as litigation expenses.

  • Initial Rent means [ ] (£[ ]) STERLING yearly (exclusive of any VAT);

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.
