Re-erection definition

Re-erection means the complete demolition and reconstruction of a building in defined premises/ boundaries which includes the re- laying of the foundation of the building.
Re-erection means the placing of any sign in a vertical position subsequent to its initial erection. Re-erection shall only occur in the event the sign has been damaged by tortious acts, acts of God such as wind, rain, flooding, or in the course of normal maintenance.

Related to Re-erection

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

  • Demolition means the wrecking or taking out of any load-supporting structural member of a facility together with any related handling operations or the intentional burning of any facility.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.
