Re-Allocation Date definition

Re-Allocation Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.

Examples of Re-Allocation Date in a sentence

• In the event that on any such Revolving Credit Re-Allocation Date there is an unpaid principal amount of ABR Loans, the Borrower shall make prepayments thereof and borrowings of ABR Loans so that, after giving effect thereto, the ABR Loans outstanding are held pro rata based on such new Percentages.

• The Commitment Fee due to each Revolving Lender shall commence to accrue on the Effective Date (or applicable Re-Allocation Date as appropriate) and shall cease to accrue on the earlier of (I) the Revolving Maturity Date and (II) the termination of the Revolving Commitment of such Lender as provided herein.

• In the event that on any such Re-Allocation Date there are Alternate Base Rate Loans outstanding, the Borrower shall make prepayments thereof and borrow new Alternate Base Rate Loans so that, after giving effect thereto, the Alternate Base Rate Loans outstanding are held pro rata based on the Banks’ respective Commitments in effect on and after such Re-Allocation Date.

• In the event that on any such Re-Allocation Date there is an unpaid principal amount of ABR Loans, the Company shall make prepayments thereof and borrowings of ABR Loans so that, after giving effect thereto, the ABR Loans outstanding are held by the Lenders ratably in accordance with their Commitments.
