Intel means Intel Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
CRM means the DDA Case Resource Manager.
Workshop means any premises (including the precincts thereof) wherein any industrial process is carried on, but does not include any premises to which the provisions of section 67 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), for the time being, apply.
RSMML or “COMPANY” shall mean “Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Limited,” having its registered office at C - 89-90, Lal Kothi Scheme, Jaipur (Rajasthan) 302 015, and Corporate Office at 4, Meera Marg, Udaipur (Rajasthan) including its successors in office and assignees or its representatives authorized to act on its behalf for the purpose of contract.
TSO means the CCR Hansa TSO(s) unless it is explicitly otherwise stated.
EI means annual energy imported excluding Ew and Ef(GJ/year),
hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;
NOC means National Olympic Committee.
Cisco “we” “our” or “us” means Cisco Systems, Inc. or its applicable Affiliate(s).
WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board, a provincial Crown corporation created pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia);
SCS means the Soil Conservation Service.
SDSL or "Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the bi-directional transmission from up to 160 kbps to 2.048 Mbps on a single pair. "VDSL" or "Very High Speed Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the transmission of up to 52 Mbps downstream (from the Central Office to the End User Customer) and up to 2.3 Mbps digital signal upstream (from the End User Customer to the Central Office). VDSL can also be 26 Mbps symmetrical, or other combination.
Switch means a switching device employed by a Carrier within the Public Switched Network. Switch includes but is not limited to End Office Switches, Tandem Switches, Access Tandem Switches, Remote Switching Modules, and Packet Switches. Switches may be employed as a combination of End Office/Tandem Switches. "Switched Access Service" means the offering of transmission and switching services to Interexchange Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 8XX access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Access Services. "Switched Access Traffic" is traffic that originates at one of the Party's End User Customers and terminates at an IXC Point of Presence, or originates at an IXC Point of Presence and terminates at one of the Party's End User Customers, whether or not the traffic transits the other Party's network.
AMP means ABRY Mezzanine Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
SPMCIL means Security Printing and Minting Corporation Limited"SPMCIL" means Security Printing and Minting Corporation Limited
Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.
We/Our/Us means the Underwriters named in the Schedule.
LSD means lysergic acid diethylamide.
HP means horsepower.
PNode has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
SCI has the meaning set forth with respect thereto in the preamble. ---
Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.
CM means City Manager of COE appointed in terms of Section 82 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998
Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.
Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.
SOQ means Statement of Qualifications.
