RCT Land Tour definition

RCT Land Tour means the land tour component of a CruiseTour to be provided either prior to the initial embarkation on the cruise or after the final debarkation from the cruise, as indicated in this booklet.

  • In no event shall any Passenger bring on board the Vessel, or in connection with the RCT Land Tour, any controlled substances, live animals, weapons, firearms, explosives or other similar property without written permission from Carrier.

  • Carrier reserves the right to terminate a Passenger’s cruise or RCT Land Tour or both at any time, at the risk and expense of the Passenger disembarked, when in the opinion of Carrier, Passenger is believed to be a danger to himself or a disturbance or danger to others.

  • All moveable chairs must have seat backs and a maximum seat depth of twenty (20) inches.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of law or this Agreement, Xxxxxxx's liability for loss or damage to property during the RCT Land Tour portion of a CruiseTour is limited to $300.00 per Passenger.

  • All arrangements made for or by Passenger for transportation (other than on the Vessel or on any Transport owned or operated by RCT in connection with a RCT Land Tour) before, during or after the Cruise or CruiseTour of any kind whatsoever, as well as air arrangements, shore excursions, tours, hotels, restaurants, attractions and other similar activities or services, including all related conveyances, products or facilities, are made solely for Passenger's convenience and are at Passenger's risk.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of law or this Agreement, Xxxxxxx’s liability for loss or damage to property during the RCT Land Tour portion of a CruiseTour is limited to $300.00 per Passenger.

  • On each Purchase Date, so long as the Plan remains in effect and provided that the participant has not withdrawn from the Plan in accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Plan before that date, the Company shall apply the funds then in the participant’s account to the purchase of whole Shares reserved under the option granted to such participant with respect to the Offering Period to the extent that such option 5 12290/00003/FW/11227462.1 is exercisable on the Purchase Date.

Related to RCT Land Tour

  • Horizontal well means a well bore drilled laterally at an angle of at least eighty (80) degrees to the vertical or with a horizontal projection exceeding one hundred (100) feet measured from the initial point of penetration into the productive formation through the terminus of the lateral in the same common source of supply.

  • Water well means an excavation that is drilled, cored, bored, augered, washed, driven, dug, jetted, or otherwise constructed for the purpose of exploring for groundwater, monitoring groundwater, utilizing the geothermal properties of the ground, or extracting water from or injecting water into the aquifer. “Water well” does not include an open ditch or drain tiles or an excavation made for obtaining or prospecting for oil, natural gas, minerals, or products mined or quarried.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Wellhead protection area means the surface and subsurface area surrounding a water well or well field that supplies a public water system through which contaminants are reasonably likely to migrate toward the water well or well field.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Surface water means all water which is open to the atmosphere and subject to surface runoff.

  • Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are‑

  • Tribal lands means all lands within the exterior boundaries of any Indian reservation and all dependent Indian communities.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;

  • Cultivation site means a location where cannabis is planted, grown, harvested, dried, cured, graded, or trimmed, or a location where any combination of those activities occurs.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

  • Surface waters means all waters of the state as defined in G.S. 143-212 except underground waters

  • Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.

  • Landowner means any person holding fee title, an easement or other interest in property, which allows the person to undertake cropping, livestock management, land disturbing construction activity or maintenance of storm water BMPs on the property.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Terminal operator means a person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a terminal.

  • tour operator means an organiser or retailer, other than the carrier, within the meaning of Article 2(2) and (3) of Directive 90/314/EEC;
