RCMA definition

RCMA means the Revolving Credit Maximum Amount as in effect immediately prior to such conversion. All other capitalized terms shall be defined as in the Agreement.
RCMA means the Revolving Credit Maximum Amount as determined hereunder,or, in the event the Company has elected to convert the outstandings under the Revolving Credit to a Term Loan pursuant to Section 4.1, "RCMA" shall mean the Revolving Credit Maximum Amount as in effect immediately prior to such conversion. All other capitalized terms shall be defined as in the Agreement.

  • In the event the enforceability of the RCMA Agreement is challenged and the Executive is not enjoined from breaching the covenant(s), if the arbitrator (or if the arbitration agreement is challenged, the court) finds that the challenged covenant is enforceable, the restricted period shall be deemed tolled upon the filing of the action challenging the enforceability of the covenant until the dispute is finally resolved and all periods of appeal have expired.

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and specifically incorporates Executive’s offer letter, the equity award agreements contemplated under Section 5(c)(i), and the RCMA.

  • RCMA staff will follow-up with the family, and/or FDLRS/Child Find and VCS/ESE program, and provide case management as needed.

  • CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;
