You acknowledge and agree that the RBMV Bank may at any time, in the Bank’s absolute discretion, erase such recordings.
In the event you open or utilise such Accounts and/or Services as the RBMV Bank may determine at its sole discretion from time to time including without limitation any Accounts and/or Services in relation to investments or transactions you have, or may make, with, or through the RBMV Bank, you will be subject to the additional terms and conditions governing your Accounts and/or Services, including any Schedule attached to this Agreement.
When this Agreement is terminated, you must surrender all items, including any RBMV Bank privilege services card.
You will pay to the RBMV Bank on demand a sum equivalent to the amount of such taxes, levies or charges (or such part which the law does not prohibit RBMV Bank from collecting from you) in addition to all other sums payable to RBMV Bank under this Agreement and you will indemnify RBMV Bank against all such amounts.
If any deduction or withholding is required by law, the sum payable by you will be increased to the extent necessary to ensure that, after making such deduction, withholding or payment, we receive on the due date and retain (free from any liability in respect of any such deduction, withholding or payment) a net sum equal to what the RBMV Bank would have received and retained had no such deduction, withholding or payment been required or made.
The RBMV Bank privilege services may take the form of a card or any other computerised or electronic access or token, device or gadget.
Such Instruction may be, or purport to be, given by you through our website, by telephone, facsimile, email or any other form of electronic communication acceptable to RBMV Bank provided that the Instructions are given in accordance with the signatory requirements for the operation of the account(s) and in accordance with any limits specified for the operation of the account(s).
The General Risk Disclosure Statement set out in this Agreement is an important document which you should read carefully prior to opening any Accounts or using any Services that may be made available to you as a RBMV Bank customer by us from time to time.
You are also subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the features available through the RBMV Bank privilege services.
Without prejudice to any provision in these Securities Terms, each Securities Transaction which you may undertake or purport to undertake with or through us shall be subject to you providing, executing and/or completing all documents as may be required by the RBMV Bank from time to time in form and substance acceptable to the Bank, including all legal and/or security documents as may be required by the Bank to be duly executed and where applicable, stamped.
