Ratings Report definition

Ratings Report means the reported results set out in the CQC's "The state of health care and adult social care in England" report in respect of an Adult Group Registered Service (the "CQC Report") or the OFSTED Annual State of Care Report (the "OFSTED Report") in respect of a Child Group Registered Service (as applicable) containing (amongst other things) the Rating Outcome of such inspection or such replacement equivalent report in place from time to time;
