Rating Agency Guidelines definition

Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.

Rating Agency Guidelines means the guidelines provided by each Rating Agency, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with such Rating Agency’s rating of Senior Securities.

Rating Agency Guidelines means the guidelines of any Rating Agency, as they may be amended or modified from time to time, compliance with which is required to cause such Rating Agency to continue to issue a rating with respect to a Series of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares for so long as such Series is Outstanding (which credit rating may consist of a credit rating on the MuniFund Term Preferred Shares generally or the Preferred Shares generally).

• The Rating Agency Guidelines of any Rating Agency may be amended by such Rating Agency without the vote, consent or approval of the Fund, the Board of Trustees or any Holder of Preferred Shares, including any RVMTP Shares or Auction Preferred Shares, or Common Shares.

• The Fund shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any applicable Rating Agency Guidelines.
