Ratification and Confirmation definition

Ratification and Confirmation means the Ratification and Confirmation Agreement of even date herewith in the form set forth in Exhibit F hereto.
Ratification and Confirmation. Except as specifically modified and assigned hereby, all of the terms, provisions and conditions of the Lease Agreement of January 7th, 1993, as amended or modified, shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.

Related to Ratification and Confirmation
