Rated means rated for the purposes of investment by an internationally recognised rating agency,
Rated. Not Satisfactory" or "Requires Improvement" a. Employees whose performance is considered "Not Satisfactory" or "Requires Improvement" by their rater may be evaluated at any time. b. Rated. “should” means requirements that will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria and assigned points.
Rated means the rating of an Eligible Asset by a Rating Agency without regard to any pluses and minuses reflecting gradations within any generic grades.
