Rate Periods definition

Rate Periods is a collective reference to the DAY RATE PERIOD, DISCOUNT RATE PERIOD, ECONOMY RATE PERIOD, EVENING RATE PERIOD, NIGHT/WEEKEND RATE PERIOD, OFF PEAK RATE PERIOD, PEAK RATE PERIOD, and STANDARD RATE PERIOD.

Examples of Rate Periods in a sentence

  • Except for Special Rate Periods, each Subsequent Rate Period will be a Minimum Rate Period.

Rate Periods. At any time when Borrower selects, converts to or renews the Libor Rate Option, Borrower shall fix a period (the “Rate Period”) which shall be one, two, three, six months or one year, which shall be acceptable to Bank in Bank’s sole discretion, during which the Libor Rate Option shall apply to the corresponding Rate Segment; provided, that Borrower may not elect a Rate Period which will end after the Maturity Date. Bank’s right to payment of principle and interest under the Revolving Note shall in no way be affected by the fact that one or more Rate Periods may be in effect.”

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.

  • Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on March 20, 2020 and ending on and including June 19, 2020, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • LIBOR Period means, with respect to any LIBOR Loan, each period commencing on a LIBOR Business Day selected by Borrower pursuant to the Agreement and ending one, two or three months thereafter, as selected by Borrower's irrevocable notice to Agent as set forth in Section 1.5(e); provided, that the foregoing provision relating to LIBOR Periods is subject to the following:

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.

  • Minimum Rate Period means any Rate Period consisting of 7 Rate Period Days.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Daily Rate Period means a period commencing on one Business Day and extending to, but not including, the next succeeding Business Day, during which Multi-Modal Bonds bear interest at the Daily Rate.
