Rate of Pledge definition

Rate of Pledge means the ratio between the value of the pledge under this Agreement and the exclusive technical consulting and service fees under the Service Agreement.
Rate of Pledge refers to the ratio between the value of the Pledge under this Agreement and the total amount of the Loan.
Rate of Pledge means the ratio between the value of the pledge under this Agreement and the exclusive technical consulting and service fees under the Technical Service Agreement signed between Beijing eLong and the Pledgee and any supplement thereto.

  • Federal Funds Effective Rate means, for any day, the weighted average (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published on the next succeeding Business Day by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rate is not so published for any day that is a Business Day, the average (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) of the quotations for such day for such transactions received by the Administrative Agent from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Effective dose equivalent (HE means the sum of the products of the dose equivalent to each organ or tissue (HT) and the weighting factor (wT) applicable to each of the body organs or tissues that are irradiated (HE = Σ wTHT).

  • Rate of Gross Profit means the gross profit earned expressed as a percentage of the turnover during the period between the date of the commencement of the business and the date of the incident.

  • daily rate of pay means an employee’s weekly rate of pay divided by five (5);

  • Actual QP Rate of Pay means the rate of pay which will be paid to the Agency Worker if and when s/he completes the Qualifying Period, as set out in any variation to the relevant Assignment Details Form;

  • Base rate of pay means the employee’s hourly rate of pay excluding any premiums, incentives, add-ons or rollups.

  • Interest Rate or Currency Protection Agreement of any Person means any forward contract, futures contract, swap, option or other financial agreement or arrangement (including caps, floors, collars and similar agreements) relating to, or the value of which is dependent upon, interest rates or currency exchange rates or indices.

  • Applicable Prime Rate Margin shall have the meaning provided in section 2.7(g).

  • Currency Agreements means, in respect of a Person, any spot or forward foreign exchange agreements and currency swap, currency option or other similar financial agreements or arrangements designed to protect such Person against or manage exposure to fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates.

  • Applicable Pledge Percentage means 100%, but 65% in the case of a pledge of capital stock of a Foreign Subsidiary to the extent a 100% pledge would cause a Deemed Dividend Problem or a Financial Assistance Problem.
