Rate Lock Fee definition

Rate Lock Fee means the fee described in your Loan Agreement as the ‘Rate Lock Fee’.
Rate Lock Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(e).
Rate Lock Fee means a fee in an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the unpaid principal balance of the Mortgage Loan immediately prior to the Initial Fixed Rate Payment Date.

Examples of Rate Lock Fee in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Final Commitment to the contrary, Investor Damages shall not be limited to the Rate Lock Fee.

  • The Rate Lock Fee is calculated as a percentage of the Amount of Credit and represents our estimation of the value attached to locking in the fixed interest rate.

  • You can ask us at any time for details of the Rate Lock Fee applicable to your proposed loan.

  • You may ask us to lock in a fixed interest rate at any time before you drawdown your Loan by entering into a Rate Lock Agreement with us and paying the Rate Lock Fee.

  • The Rate Lock Fee is non-refundable if you elect not to proceed with your Loan, drawdown your Loan at the prevailing fixed interest rate on the Settlement Date or forfeit the locked-in rate.

  • In connection with the Conversion Option, Borrower may pay to Lender, any time prior to the Conversion Date, a rate lock fee (the "Rate Lock Fee") to be quoted by Lender at the time Lender delivers the Conversion Notice and obtain a lock, for the remainder of the Initial Spread Quote Period, of the Term Loan Interest Rate for the Term Note.

  • Any amount of the Rate Lock Fee which exceeds Investor Damages and the amounts due Lender as provided in (ii) above shall be refunded to the Borrower promptly after Investor Damages are determined.
