Rate Interest Period definition

Rate Interest Period. With respect to each amount of the Loan bearing interest at a LIBOR based rate, a period of one, two, three or six months, to the extent deposits with such maturities are available to Bank, commencing on a LIBOR Business Day, as selected by Borrower provided, however, that (i) any LIBOR Rate Interest Period which would otherwise end on a day which is not a LIBOR Business Day shall continue to and end on the next succeeding LIBOR Business Day, unless the result would be that such LIBOR Rate Interest Period would be extended to the next succeeding calendar month, in which case such LIBOR Rate Interest Period shall end on the next preceding LIBOR Business Day and (ii) any LIBOR Rate Interest Period which begins on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding date in the calendar month in which such LIBOR Rate Interest Period would otherwise end shall instead end on the last LIBOR Business Day of such calendar month. Borrower may not select any LIBOR Rate Interest Period for the Loan or any portion thereof if such LIBOR Rate Interest Period ends after the Scheduled Maturity Date.
Rate Interest Period. Any individual period of one, two, three, six, ------------------------- nine, or twelve months, commencing on the date a Euro-Rate Option is exercised with respect to a Euro-Rate Loan; provided, however, that (i) any Euro-Rate -------- ------- Interest Period which would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day shall be extended to the next Business Day unless such Business Day falls in the succeeding calendar month, in which case such Euro-Rate Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day, (ii) any Euro-Rate Interest Period which begins on the last day of a calendar month or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the subsequent calendar month during which such Euro-Rate Interest Period is to end shall end on the last Business Day of such subsequent month, and (iii) no Euro-Rate Interest Period may end after the Revolving Credit Termination Date.
Rate Interest Period. If not sooner paid in accordance with the subsection 2.5.5(B), all accrued but unpaid interest on the Revolving Loan shall be due and payable on the Loan Termination Date of the Revolving Loan.

  • During such Fixed Rate Interest Period, any increases in market interest rates may adversely affect the value of the Notes.

  • If "Fixed Rate Period" is specified as being "Applicable" in the applicable Final Terms, such Notes will bear interest at a fixed rate of interest as specified in the applicable Final Terms (being Rate of Interest(Fixed)(t)) during any interest period specified in the applicable Final Terms (being Interest Period(t)) falling within the Fixed Rate Interest Period.

  • The amount of interest payable in respect of each Fixed Rate Note for any Fixed Rate Interest Period (as defined below) shall be specified in the Final Terms (the " Fixed Coupon Amount").

  • The amount of interest payable per Calculation Amount for any Fixed Rate Interest Period in respect of any Fixed Rate Note shall be calculated by multiplying the product of the Interest Rate and the Calculation Amount, by the Day Count Fraction shown on the Note and rounding the resultant figure to the nearest sub-unit of the Relevant Currency.

  • The Calculation Agent will be entitled to recalculate any Interest Amount (on the basis of the foregoing provisions) without notice in the event of an extension or shortening of the relevant Floating Rate Interest Period.

  • The Notes will pay interest at fixed rates during any Variable Rate Interest Period, which increase periodically during the life of the Notes by the Step-Up(t), as specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • The amount of interest to be paid on the Floating Rate Notes for each Floating Rate Interest Period will be calculated by adding the Daily Interest Amount for each day in the Floating Rate Interest Period.

  • The Floating Rate of Interest for such Floating Rate Interest Period shall be the aggregate of 1 per cent.

  • The amount of interest payable per Calculation Amount for any Fixed Rate Interest Period in respect of any Fixed Rate Note shall be calculated by multiplying the product of the Interest Rate and the Calculation Amount, by the Day Count Fraction shown on the Note and rounding the resultant figure to the nearest sub-unit of the relevant currency (with halves rounded up).

  • Finally, the Rate of Interest in respect of any Variable Rate Interest Period will be capped at the Cap(t), which is specified in the applicable Final Terms.


More Definitions of Rate Interest Period

Rate Interest Period means the Interest Period applicable to a Loan subject to the Euro-Rate Option. EURO-RATE OPTION shall mean either the Revolving Credit Euro-Rate Option, the Bid Loan Euro-Rate Option or the Term Loan Euro-Rate Option. EURO-RATE RESERVE PERCENTAGE shall mean the maximum percentage (expressed as a decimal rounded upward to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) as determined by the Administrative Agent which is in effect during any relevant period, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the reserve requirements (including supplemental, marginal and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as "Eurocurrency Liabilities") of a member bank in such System.

Related to Rate Interest Period

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Payment Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Payment Date.

  • LIBOR Interest Period means, with respect to a LIBOR Advance, a period of one, two, three or six months (to the extent that periods in excess of three months are generally available from the Lenders), as selected in advance by the Borrower.

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • Eurodollar Interest Period means, for any Eurodollar-based Advance, an Interest Period of one, two or three months (or any shorter or longer periods agreed to in advance by the Borrower, Agent and the Lenders) as selected by Borrower, for such Eurodollar-based Advance pursuant to Section 2.3 or 4.4 hereof, as the case may be.

  • Eurocurrency Interest Period means the Interest Period applicable to a Eurocurrency-based Advance.

  • Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.

  • Subsequent Interest Period has the meaning specified in Section 3.7.

  • Default Interest Period means for any overdue amount of the Withdrawn Loan Balance, each Interest Period during which such overdue amount remains unpaid; provided, however, that the first such Default Interest Period shall commence on the 31st day following the date on which such amount becomes overdue, and the final such Default Interest Period shall end on the date at which such amount is fully paid.”

  • Impacted Interest Period has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(c) and ending 1, 2, 3 or, if available, 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • LIBOR Period means, with respect to any LIBOR Loan, each period commencing on a LIBOR Business Day selected by Borrower pursuant to the Agreement and ending one, two or three months thereafter, as selected by Borrower's irrevocable notice to Agent as set forth in Section 1.5(e); provided, that the foregoing provision relating to LIBOR Periods is subject to the following:

  • rest period is a paid interval which is included in the workday and is intended to give the employee an opportunity to have refreshments or a rest.

  • Interest Periods means period(s) of one, three or six months selected by the Borrower or, in the Lenders' discretion, such other period(s) as may be agreed;

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(ii) hereof.

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.

  • LIBOR Tranche means the collective reference to LIBOR Rate Loans whose Interest Periods begin and end on the same day.

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • LIBOR has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • Interest Percentage With respect to any Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the ratio (expressed as a decimal carried to six places) of the Accrued Certificate Interest for such Class to the sum of the Accrued Certificate Interest for all Classes, in each case with respect to such Distribution Date, without regard to Relief Act Interest Shortfalls.

  • Accrual Period With respect to each Payment Date, the period beginning on and including the prior Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the Closing Date) and ending on and including the day preceding such Payment Date.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(i) hereof.
