Range Livestock definition

Range Livestock means livestock that are kept in pastures, on rangeland, or on other grazing lands and allowed to feed on vegetation growing therein. Range Livestock shall not mean 1) livestock kept in buildings, lots or pens, which normally are not used for the growing of crops or vegetation; or 2) any livestock kept in any Livestock Operation that is required by the Livestock Waste Management Act or state livestock waste regulations to obtain a permit from the Department of Environmental Quality. Livestock, which are confined for fewer than ninety (90) days per year, may be considered Range Livestock if they meet the other conditions in this definition.

An MSW landfill may be a new MSW landfill, an existing MSW landfill or a lateral expansion.

  • air transport means the carriage by aircraft of passengers, baggage, cargo, and mail, separately or in combination, held out to the public for remuneration or hire, including scheduled and non-scheduled air services;

  • chemical tanker means a ship constructed or adapted and used for the carriage in bulk of any liquid product listed in Chapter 17 of the International Bulk Chemical Code, in its up-to-date version;

  • Contaminated soil means soil that meets all of the following criteria:

  • New manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed on or after the effective date of this ordinance or the effective date of the initial floodplain management ordinance and includes any subsequent improvements to such structure.
