Range Fee definition

Range Fee means the facility fee and related service fee for using of the test ranges necessary for the implementation of the Flight Test series.

  • If Mansfield increases the Gun Range Fee for the upcoming year, it shall give notice to Burleson at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then current year of the Term.

Related to Range Fee

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to any Person not affiliated with the Sponsor in connection with the actual development and construction of a project.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.
