Examples of Ramp Down Rate in a sentence

  • Ramp Down Rate shall be tested four (4) times within an hour as part of the Storage Rating Test with the average of the three lowest results serving as the recorded Ramp Down Rate for the Project.

  • The Project will be designed for the following levels of reliability and availability (excluding in each case planned maintenance outages in accordance with the ESSA): 98% availability for all 15-minute intervals in a calendar quarter (Guaranteed Availability); 100% of the Contract Capacity (Guaranteed Capacity); 80% round-trip efficiency (Guaranteed Round-Trip Efficiency); and 10% minimum Ramp Up Rate and Ramp Down Rate of the Contract Capacity per minute.

  • The resulting number shall be recorded as the test Ramp Down Rate and must match the Regulation Down Ramp Rate (MW/min) set forth in Appendix 9: OPERATING LIMITS.

  • Owner guarantees a minimum Ramp Up Rate and Ramp Down Rate (as such terms are used in Exhibit C) of ten percent (10.0%) of the Project’s Contract Capacity per minute (each, a “Guaranteed Ramp Rate”), as measured in the Storage Rating Tests described in Exhibit C.

  • If a Storage Rating Test demonstrates the Ramp Up Rate or Ramp Down Rate is less than the Guaranteed Ramp Rate, Owner shall place the Project into an Unplanned Outage immediately, resolve any issues, and may not restore the Project into service until Owner has performed a Storage Rating Test that demonstrates compliance with both Guaranteed Ramp Rates.

  • Performance Guarantees The Project will be designed for the following levels of reliability and availability (excluding in each case planned maintenance outages in accordance with the ESSA): • 98% availability for all hours in a calendar quarter (Guaranteed Availability); • [XXX]% of the Contract Capacity (Guaranteed Capacity); • [XXX]% round-trip efficiency (Guaranteed Round-Trip Efficiency); and • [XXX]% minimum Ramp Up Rate and Ramp Down Rate of the Contract • Capacity per minute.
