The term “Train Dispatcher” as used in this Agreement means an employee represented by the American Train Dispatchers Association for purposes of the Railway Labor Act, irrespective of the title of the position worked, who is regularly assigned to a Train Dispatcher’s position at the time of a change in operations of the carrier listed in Section 2 hereof.
