The winning Ticket Holder must present a valid Raffle ticket receipt (that Ticket Holder received via email upon purchase) and ID, both as acceptable to OVV.
Any person 21 years of age or older, residing where the Raffle is not prohibited, may purchase a Raffle ticket (“Ticket”) to be entered in the Raffle.
