Radio Show means the syndicated radio show(s) which will be produced, distributed and aired pursuant to a joint venture between ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Associates, Inc. and Acquisition Corp. following the Merger Date.

  • Artist will appear on the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Radio Show or alternative program for a 30-minute interview to be scheduled during the duration of this contract.

  • No other party has any interest or right in and to the testimonials, photographs, audio or transcripts or the exploitation thereof by the Radio Show.
