Radio Permit definition

Radio Permit means a Radio Station Authorization issued by the United States Federal Communications Commission, relating to the Radio Assets.
Radio Permit means all of the right, title and interest of Target ------------ and/or Shareholder in and to licenses, permits, certificates and governmental authorizations of Target and/or Shareholder related to the operation of a radio station, including, without EXECUTION COPY limitation, licenses for call signs WNHU977, WNVK659, WPAF 675 and WNZK555 issued by the FCC.

  • Material of Environmental Concern means and includes pollutants, contaminants, hazardous wastes, and toxic, radioactive, caustic or otherwise hazardous substances, including petroleum, its derivatives, by-products and other hydrocarbons, or any substance having any constituent elements displaying any of the foregoing characteristics.

  • Building Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 4 of this local law. The term “Building Permit” shall also include a Building Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
