Radian Policy definition

Radian Policy. The mortgage insurance policy issued by Radian Guaranty Inc. with respect to certain Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Radian Policy. An unconditional and irrevocable certificate insurance policy of Radian, in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT H-2, issued to the Co-Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders.
