Racing Events definition

Racing Events means any time, speed or distance competition using motor vehicles, conducted under a permit issued by the governmental authority having jurisdiction or under the auspices of a recognized sanctioning body. This definition includes, but is not limited to, events on the surface of land and water. Any motor sports event not meeting this definition shall be subject to the ambient noise limits of OAR 340-035-0030(1)(d).
Racing Events means any motorsport activities except recreational events. For the avoidance of doubt, racing events include CAMS State, Australian Motor Racing Series, Australian Superbike Championship, Wakefield 300 Endurance Race and any other State or National Championship.

  • Sporting event means any of the following athletic activities that is organized, operated, managed, or sponsored by the School:
