R estricted Share Unit definition

R estricted Share Unit  means the right, as described in Section 10, to receive an amount, payable in either cash and/or shares of Common Stock, equal to the value of a specified number of shares of Common Stock. No certificates shall be issued with respect to such Restricted Share Unit and the Corporation shall maintain a bookkeeping account in the name of the Participant to which the Restricted Share Unit shall relate.

Related to R estricted Share Unit

Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
