R-22 Value Adjustment definition

R-22 Value Adjustment means an amount that is equal to the product of the following: (a) $21.00; multiplied by, (b) (x) the amount in pounds of R-22 Inventory on the Closing Date, minus (y) 7,428,000 pounds.
