Quotation Value means the total price/value labelled as the “Quotation Value” on the first page of the Quotation.

  • Quotation Amount means the amount in the Relevant Currency stated as the notional amount with respect to a particular Limit Bid, Limit Offer, Initial Market Bid, Initial Market Offer, Physical Settlement Buy Request or Physical Settlement Sell Request in a Participating Bidder's Initial Market Submission, a Physical Settlement Request or Limit Order Submission, as applicable, which amount in each case will be an integral multiple of an amount equal to the Quotation Amount Increment.

  • Daily Option Value For any Valid Day, an amount equal to (i) the Option Entitlement on such Valid Day, multiplied by (ii) (A) the lesser of the Relevant Price on such Valid Day and the Cap Price, less (B) the Strike Price on such Valid Day; provided that if the calculation contained in clause (ii) above results in a negative number, the Daily Option Value for such Valid Day shall be deemed to be zero.   • Redemption Value means, in respect of a Unit, the price per Unit at which such Unit is redeemed, calculated in accordance with the Trust Deed.

Automated Quotations System or any system then in use, or if no such quotations are available, the fair market value of the Common Stock as determined by the Board of Directors in good faith.

  • Liquidation Value means the Company's book value, as determined by the Company and approved by GGK. In no event, however, will the Company's Liquidation Value be less than the Trust Fund, inclusive of any net interest income thereon. Only holders of IPO Shares shall be entitled to receive liquidating distributions and the Company shall pay no liquidating distributions with respect to any other shares of capital stock of the Company. With respect to the Business Combination Vote, the Company shall cause all of the Initial Stockholders to vote the shares of Common Stock owned by them immediately prior to this Offering in accordance with the vote of the holders of a majority of the IPO Shares present, in person or by proxy, at a meeting of the Company's stockholders called for such purpose.   • Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Mortgaged Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and

  • Gross Fair Market Value means the value of the assets of the Company, or the value of the assets being disposed of, determined without regard to any liabilities associated with such assets.
