Quotation/Proposal definition

Quotation/Proposal means the quotation or proposal issued by NECOMAL for the Deliverables requested by the Customer.
Quotation/Proposal means an offer from VesselMan AS to perform certain services and supplies and which shall not be binding on VesselMan until confirmed by an Order Confirmation from VesselMan.
Quotation/Proposal means the schedule, to which these Conditions are attached and which shall be read and form part of the Quotation/Proposal, which schedule describes in some detail the various components or aspects of the Contracted Services, as may be amended by the Parties from time to time in accordance with the provision of Clause 6 below. Any reference to the Quotation/Proposal shall include a reference to these Conditions and vice versa;

Examples of Quotation/Proposal in a sentence

  • Prices are as specified in Seller’s Quotation/Proposal to Buyer and do not include federal, state or local taxes imposed on the Products or its sale or use; such taxes, if any, shall be borne by Buyer.

  • Delivery of the machines and related products shall be as specified in Seller’s Quotation/Proposal to Buyer.

  • Provided, however, if the commissioning certificate is not received by Seller from Buyer, the warranty period will commence from the date of shipment of the Machine as specified in Seller’s Quotation/Proposal.

  • If the charge(s) given in the Quotation/Proposal is/are on a lump-sum basis, the terms of payment will be as defined elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • Gas detection will be limited to gases directly detected by AerNos AerIoT as described in the AerNos Quotation/Proposal only.

  • The payment for our services varies from project to project, you will be notified in the Quotation/Proposal regarding the payment Model.

  • Commission Date Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, commission date shall mean the start-up of the Machine as completed by an authorized field service engineer of Seller or 1 month from shipment as specified in Seller’s Quotation/Proposal, whichever comes first.

  • Any other request rather than Quotation/Proposal will not be entertained during delivery.
