Quotation/Proposal means the quotation or proposal issued by NECOMAL for the Deliverables requested by the Customer.

Quotation/Proposal means the schedule, to which these Conditions are attached and which shall be read and form part of the Quotation/Proposal, which schedule describes in some detail the various components or aspects of the Contracted Services, as may be amended by the Parties from time to time in accordance with the provision of Clause 6 below. Examples of Quotation/Proposal in a sentence

  • Prices are as specified in Seller’s Quotation/Proposal to Buyer and do not include federal, state or local taxes imposed on the Products or its sale or use; such taxes, if any, shall be borne by Buyer.

  • Any other request rather than Quotation/Proposal will not be entertained during delivery.
