Quotation for Works definition
Quotation for Works means the initial detailed requirements of the Client set out in a quotation delivered by the Company and accepted by the Client; • ‘Term’ shall be the period of time that this Agreement shall be in place as detailed in the Quotation for Works;
Quotation for Works means the quote supplied by the Seller to the Buyer to carry out the Services;
Quotation for Works means any quotation for the Works or part of the Works that has been issued by the Repairer to the Customer, and includes any document entitled “Quotation” or “Estimate Invoice”.
Examples of Quotation for Works in a sentence
Subject to payment of the licence fee from time to time, as set out in our Quotation for Works, and to the other terms of this agreement, we grant to you a Licence to use the App throughout the World, which can be determined by either party at any time in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
If the Repairer’s labour cost differs to that which is set out in the Quotation for Works, the Customer will be notified by the Repairer and will be required to accept or reject a revised Quotation for Works.
