Quench Water System definition

Quench Water System means the system used to receive, manage, treat, or convey Quench Water commencing from the point of discharge from the Coke Drum drains continuing through the Coke Pit/Pad Area, maze (coke fines settling basin), clean water sump, and Quench Water Tank to the Coke Drums.
