Quarterly Tax Distribution Date definition

Quarterly Tax Distribution Date means the first Business Day of each calendar quarter following the Initial Tax Distribution Date; provided, however, that the first Quarterly Tax Distribution Date following the Initial Tax Distribution Date shall be no less than ninety (90) days following such Initial Tax Distribution Date.

  • Tax Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b)(i).

  • Quarterly Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within 45 days of the end of a calendar quarter, the first Quarterly Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.

  • Tax Distribution Amount means, with respect to a Member’s Units, whichever of the following applies with respect to the applicable Tax Distribution, in each case in amount not less than zero:

  • Profit Distribution Date means the date on which the Management Company decides to distribute the profits (if any).

  • Current Distribution Date means a Distribution Date specified as a reference date for calculating the Expected Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust as of such Distribution Date.

  • Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;

  • Tax Distribution has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

  • Quarterly Period means each period of three (3) consecutive months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.

  • Monthly Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Subsequent Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within thirty (30) days of the end of a calendar quarter, then the first Subsequent Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first (1st) calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.

  • Relevant Distribution Date With respect to (a) any Significant Obligor with respect to the Trust, the Distribution Date, and (b) any Significant Obligor with respect to an Other Securitization Trust, the “Distribution Date” (or an analogous concept) under the related Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.

  • Tax Distributions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b)(i).

Accordingly, the Certificate Balance at any time may be less than the Certificate Balance as set forth herein. This Certificate does not evidence an obligation of, or an interest in, and is not guaranteed by the Depositor, the Sellers, the Servicer or the Trustee referred to below or any of their respective affiliates. Neither this Certificate nor the Loans are guaranteed or insured by any governmental agency or instrumentality. This certifies that is the registered owner of the Percentage Interest evidenced by this Certificate (obtained by dividing the denomination of this Certificate by the aggregate Initial Certificate Balances of all Certificates of the Class to which this Certificate belongs) in certain monthly distributions with respect to a Trust Fund consisting primarily of the Loans deposited by Popular ABS, Inc. (the "DEPOSITOR"). The Trust Fund was created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of the Cut-off Date specified above (the "AGREEMENT") among the Depositor, ____________________, __________________ and _________________, as sellers (in such capacity, collectively, the "SELLERS"), Equity One, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as servicer (in such capacity, the "SERVICER"), and ___________________________, as trustee (the "TRUSTEE"). To the extent not defined herein, the capitalized terms used herein have the meanings assigned in the Agreement. This Certificate is issued under and is subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the Agreement, to which Agreement the Holder of this Certificate by virtue of the acceptance hereof assents and by which such Holder is bound. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Certificate set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place.   • Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.

  • Post-Distribution Period means any Taxable period (or portion thereof) beginning after the Distribution Date.

  • Benefit Distribution Date means the date upon which all or an objectively determinable portion of a Participant’s vested benefits will become eligible for distribution. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan, a Participant’s Benefit Distribution Date shall be determined based on the earliest to occur of an event or scheduled date set forth in Articles 4 through 9, as applicable.

  • Semi-Annual Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions--Semi-Annual Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Capital Account Distribution Date and "Income Account Distribution Date" shall mean the "Distribution Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.

  • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing November 29, 2002.

  • Quarterly Distribution means with respect to each Distribution Date, the distribution to be made to the Holders of the Up-MACRO Holding Shares that are Outstanding on the Distribution Date pursuant to priority sixth of Section 5.2(a), which shall consist of the cash on deposit in the Up-MACRO Holding Trust after it makes or receives a payment under the Income Distribution Agreement and makes all other payments or investments in Eligible Treasuries that it is required to make pursuant to such Section 5.2(a).

  • Quarterly Payment Date means the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December.

  • Post-Distribution Tax Period means a Tax year beginning and ending after the Distribution Date.

  • Regular Distribution Date Replacement Liquidity Facility", "Responsible Officer", "Scheduled Payment", "Special Payment", "S&P", "Stated Interest Rate", "Subordination Agent", "Taxes", "Threshold Rating", "Trust Agreement", "Trustee", "Underwriters", "Underwriting Agreement", "United States" and "Written Notice".

  • Class B-6 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-6 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs twentieth, twenty-first and twenty-second of Section 4.01(a).

  • Minimum Quarterly Distribution means $0.35 per Unit per Quarter (or with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.35 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.
