Quarantine Orders definition

Quarantine Orders means those Administrative Orders promulgated and issued by the Director of Plant Industry to implement the provision of this Decree.
Quarantine Orders. — shall mean those Administrative Orders
Quarantine Orders means official notification from Doniphan County Health Department or KDHE ordering a person who is believed to have been exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19 to separate from others and restrict their movement for the purpose of limiting the spread of infectious disease.

  • Quarantine means the restriction of activities or separation of a person, who was or may potentially have been exposed, to COVID-19 and who could potentially spread the disease to other non-exposed persons, to prevent the possible spread of infection or contamination to healthy individuals;

  • Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances or “PFAS” means a class of fluorinated organic chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon atom.

  • Corrective order means an order issued by the commissioner specifying corrective actions that the commissioner has determined are required.

  • Sex trafficking means the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act.

  • Child-resistant packaging means packaging that is designed or constructed to be significantly difficult for children under five years of age to open or obtain a toxic or harmful amount of the substance in the container within a reasonable time and not difficult for normal adults to use properly, but does not mean packaging that all children under five years of age cannot open or obtain a toxic or harmful amount of the substance in the container within a reasonable time.
