Quantity Required definition

Quantity Required means the quantity of Goods to be delivered by the Seller to the Buyer as set out in a Purchase Order accepted by the Seller under Clause 2.5 or otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties;

Quantity Required means the quantity of Goods to be delivered and/or Services to be performed by the Supplier to the Buyer as set out in a Purchase Contract or otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties; “Regulations” means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (as amended from time to time);
