Quantity Received. The total quantity of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and is received at the Manufacturing Site during the applicable period.

Quantity Received means the total quantity of API that complies with the applicable Specifications for the API when received at the MOVA Facility.

Examples of Quantity Received in a sentence

• The Quantity Dispensed is calculated by adding the Quantity Received to the inventory of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications held at the beginning of the applicable period, less the inventory of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications held at the end of the period.

• The Quantity Dispensed is calculated by adding the Quantity Received to the inventory of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and is held at the beginning of the applicable period, less the inventory of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and is held at the end of such period.

• The Quantity Dispensed is calculated by adding the Quantity Received to the inventory of Active Material that complies with the Specifications and is held at the beginning of the applicable period, less the inventory of Active Material that complies with the Specifications and is held at the end of such period.

• Patheon will give Client a monthly inventory report of the Active Materials held by Patheon within five Business Days of the end of the most recent monthly using the inventory report form set out in Exhibit B, which will contain the following information for the month: Quantity Received: The total quantity of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and is received at the Manufacturing Site during the applicable month (“Quantity Received”).

• Patheon shall provide the Client with a quarterly inventory report of the Active Materials held by Patheon in accordance with the inventory report form annexed hereto as Schedule H, which shall contain the following information for such quarter: Quantity Received: The total quantity of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and is received at the Manufacturing Site during the applicable period.

• Patheon will give Client a monthly inventory report of the Active Materials held by Patheon (if active manufacturing is taking place during the month) using the inventory report form set out in Schedule H, which will contain the following information for the month: Quantity Received: The total quantity of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and is received at the Manufacturing Site during the applicable period.

• Patheon will give Client a monthly inventory report of the Active Materials held by Patheon using the inventory report form set out in Exhibit C, which will contain the following information for the month by lot number: Quantity Received: The total quantity of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and is received at the Manufacturing Site during the applicable period.

More Definitions of Quantity Received

Quantity Received which shall mean the total quantity of API in Patheon’s possession that complies with the specifications for the API when received at the Patheon Facility.

Quantity Received. The total quantity labeled on drums of Active Material received at the Manufacturing Site that comply with the Specifications, less any incoming samples, retains or quantities used for testing purposes (such as stability samples);

Quantity Received. The total quantity of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and was received at the Manufacturing Site during the calendar month.

Quantity Received means the total quantity of API that is received at the Facility during the applicable period, which complies with such part of the Specifications applying thereto, which has been tested by Jagotec in accordance with clause 3.10 and which Jagotec has not provided a notice in accordance with clause 3.10.

Quantity Received will have the meaning provided in Section 4.2(a) of this Agreement.
