Quantification level (QL) definition

Quantification level (QL) means the lowest standard in the calibration curve for a given analyte. The QL must have a value greater than zero and be verified each day of analysis by analyzing a sample of known concentration at the selected QL with a recovery range of 70% - 130% minimum levels, concentrations, or quantities of a target variable (e.g., target analyte) that can be reported with a specified degree of confidence in accordance with 1VAC30-45, Certification for Noncommercial Environmental Laboratories, or 1VAC30-46, Accreditation for Commercial Environmental Laboratories.

  • Integration Level means the Social Security taxable wage base for the Plan Year, unless the Employer elects a lesser amount in (A) or (B) below.

  • Action level means a rate of emissions of a hazardous air contaminant as specified in Appendix C or as may be determined under Section 5-261(3) of these regulations. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
