Quality Issue definition

Quality Issue involves a Product Quality Issue or a Service Quality Issue, or both.
Quality Issue. “Not delivered” or “Wrong Item delivered”, Vendor agrees that the Company shall levy the Service charges, plus a penalty of the service charge of the product (upto a maximum limit of 5% of the price) and the said charges will be deducted from the amount due and payable to Vendor.

Examples of Quality Issue in a sentence

  • In the case of a breach by Bottler or one of its Affiliates of its obligations under this Agreement (other than a Product Quality Issue), such breach will be deemed to be cured for purposes of this Paragraph 34 if Bottler (or its Affiliate) has terminated the acts or omissions described in such notice of breach, and has taken reasonable steps under the circumstances to prevent the recurrence of such breach.

  • If the Product Quality Issue has not been cured within such sixty (60) day period, Company (or the Company Authorized Supplier) may suspend sales of Covered Beverages and Related Products to Bottler for distribution and sale in the Territory under this Agreement.

  • In the case of a Product Quality Issue, Bottler shall have a period of sixty (60) days within which to cure the default, including, at the instruction of Company, and at Bottler’s expense, by the prompt withdrawal from the market and destruction of any affected Finished Product.

  • Upon Licensee’s receipt of a Notice of Non-Compliance, Licensee shall promptly correct the Quality Issue identified therein by enacting the cure mechanisms described in Section 6.3.3.

  • The Notice of Non-Compliance must be in writing and must set forth with sufficient particularity a description of the nature of the Quality Issue and any requested action for curing the Quality Issue.

  • If such Product Quality Issue has not been cured during the second sixty (60) day cure period, then Company may terminate this Agreement by giving Bottler written notice thereof.

  • Upon receipt of a Quality Issue Correction Request, FSL shall assist Spansion in correcting the applicable quality issue by promptly conducting failure analysis on the affected AM Products provided by Spansion to FSL to determine the root cause of such quality issue.

  • If the issue is found to reach the magnitude of generating an investigation, Performance Improvement Project (PIP), or Potential Quality Issue (PQI), then the Medical Director of Telepsychiatry or designee shall participate in those resolution processes.

  • Upon Licensee’s receipt of a Notice of Non-Compliance, Licensee shall promptly correct the Quality Issue identified therein by enacting the cure mechanisms described in Section 4.7.

  • In addition to the aforementioned three (3) inspections, should a Critical Quality Issue arise with respect to one or more of the Products, a third-party auditor retained by Buyer will be entitled to visit the applicable Facility where such Products are produced upon at least twenty-four (24) hours’ advance written notice by Buyer to Manufacturer.

Related to Quality Issue

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Quality control means the total of all activities performed by the Design-Builder, Designer, Construction Inspection Professional Engineering Firm and the Materials Testing Firm or Laboratory, subcontractors, producers or manufacturers to ensure that the Work performed by the Design-Builder conforms to the Contract requirements. For design, Quality Control activities shall include, but not be limited to, procedures for design quality, checking, design review including reviews for constructability, and review and approval of Working Plans. For construction, Quality Control activities shall include, but not be limited to, procedures for materials handling and construction quality, inspection, sampling and testing of materials both on site and at the plant(s), field testing of materials, obtaining and verifying Materials Certifications, record keeping, and equipment monitoring and calibration, production process control, and monitoring of environmental compliance. Quality Control also includes documentation of all QC design and construction efforts. The Scope of Work to be performed as part of the Quality Control task may be changed after the RFQ Phase.

  • Quality Assurance means the quality assurance documentation, including but not limited to the quality records, method statements, description of the production and work procedures etc. as required under Purchaser’s, Customer’s and/or Supplier’s quality requirements.

  • Quality improvement organization or “QIO” shall mean the organization that performs medical peer review of Medicaid claims, including review of validity of hospital diagnosis and procedure coding information; completeness, adequacy and quality of care; appropriateness of admission, discharge and transfer; and appropriateness of prospective payment outlier cases. These activities undertaken by the QIO may be included in a contractual relationship with the Iowa Medicaid enterprise.

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.
