Qualitative Performance Standards definition

Qualitative Performance Standards means performance standards other than Quantitative Performance Standards, including but not limited to customer service, management effectiveness, workforce diversity and other Qualitative Performance Standards relevant to the Company’s business, as may be established by the Committee, and the achievement of which shall be determined in the discretion of the Committee.
